Refund Policy

30-day refund window

If you buy a CastleJello product and it doesn't work as advertised, you have 30 days to request a refund. No questions asked, no forms to fill out. Email hello@castlejello.com with your order ID and you'll get your money back.

What counts as "doesn't work"

If the .blend file won't open, if the addons won't install in the supported Blender versions, or if the product is materially different from the description on the product page. We don't refund because you changed your mind, because you found a different product you prefer, or because you bought the wrong one — those are all on you. We do refund if we misrepresented what you were getting.

Bitcoin payments

Bitcoin payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. This is a property of bitcoin, not a CastleJello policy. If a card payment was made, we refund to the same card. If you paid bitcoin and the file genuinely doesn't work, we'll work with you — typically a replacement download or a different product of equal value — but we cannot reverse the bitcoin transaction.

How refunds are processed

Card refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Bitcoin refunds (when applicable) are processed manually and require confirmation before the value is released back to your wallet. We send you an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Requesting a refund

Email hello@castlejello.com with:

Your order ID (from the confirmation email)
The email address you used at purchase
A brief description of what went wrong

That's it. We'll respond within one business day.

After a refund

Your download link is deactivated when a refund is processed. If you re-downloaded the product before requesting a refund, that's fine — we'd rather you have the file and our trust than the other way around.
