Digital products: Blender .blend files, addons, scripts, and presets. Each product has a description on its product page stating exactly what you get. We don't sell subscriptions, services, or physical goods.
Use it in personal and commercial work. Modify the files. Use the rendered output in client projects, in games, in films, in anything you make money from. We don't take a cut of your revenue and we don't require you to credit us. The product is yours once you pay for it.
Resell the raw files. If you want to sell a product that includes CastleJello assets, that becomes a derived product and we'd want to talk licensing — email us. You also can't redistribute the files publicly (on a torrent site, a Discord, etc.) for free or for pay. The rendered output is fair game, the source files are not.
Updates for new Blender versions are included for the life of the product. If Blender 6.0 ships and breaks compatibility with an existing product, you'll get an updated version at no additional cost. We don't promise every minor version gets an update — only major versions that affect compatibility.

We don't have user accounts in the traditional sense. We have email-based purchase records and optional sign-in for re-downloads. If you violate these terms, we may revoke your download access. If you want your purchase records deleted, email us and we will.
CastleJello is a one-person operation. We do our best to deliver working products, but we can't be liable for indirect damages — lost revenue, lost work, lost time — caused by a product not working as expected. The maximum liability is the amount you paid for the product, refundable per the refund policy.
If we change these terms materially, we'll email buyers and post the updated version with a "Last updated" date. Continued use of the products after the change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which CastleJello is registered. Disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction.
